The Chapter 13 Process

Under Chapter 13, you will propose a plan to repay your creditors over a three- to five-year period. The plan you propose will deal with your various debts, such as tax debts, student loans, creditors with liens against your property, judgments against you, unpaid child support, credit card debt, medical bills, and taxes.
