Arthur W. Boyce has practiced law since 1986, and opened his own office in February of 1992. Since the inception of his legal career, Mr. Boyce has focused on providing his clients with quality legal service, and is licensed to practice in West Virginia and Pennsylvania as well as in Maryland.
