In 1986, Attorney Arthur Boyce was admitted to practice law in Maryland having received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore Law School. He was also admitted to practice law in West Virginia in 1987 and in Pennsylvania in 1989 having passed the bar exams in both States. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Boyce has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. He takes continuing legal education courses in all three States to further his knowledge and expertise. Mr. Boyce founded his own law office in Frederick, Maryland in 1992, focusing his practice on the Tri-State Area of Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. He regularly practices in the following Courts:

  • Circuit and District Courts of Frederick, Washington and Carroll Counties, Maryland
  • The Circuit, Magistrate and Family Courts of Jefferson, Berkeley and Morgan Counties of West Virginia
  • The Court of Common Pleas and District Justice Courts of Adams and Franklin Counties, Pennsylvania.
  • The Department of Motor Vehicle Administration and other government agencies in Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania

He is a member of the Frederick County Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, West Virginia Bar Association, West Virginia Panhandle Family Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Tri-County Family Bar Association, Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, Eastern Panhandle Bar Association and Criminal Defense Bar Association, all of which help him remain connected to the legal community in which he practices.
